Terms and Conditions for Expert Stylist Secrets LLC

b. Individual Use: This license is granted solely to the individual purchaser. You may not share your login credentials or access to the Courses with any other person.
c. Updates: ESS reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Courses at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
a. Ownership: All content, materials, videos, audios, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and any other intellectual property comprising the Courses are and shall remain the exclusive property of Expert Stylist Secrets LLC or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, all course methodologies, frameworks, techniques, strategies, and systems disclosed within the Courses.
b. Prohibited Activities: You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, distributing, transmitting, selling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting any part of the Courses for any commercial purpose.

• Sharing, publishing, or making available any part of the Courses to third parties, whether for free or for sale.

• Creating derivative works based on the Courses.

• Using the Course content to develop or offer competing courses, training, or services.

• Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Courses.

• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Course materials.
  c. Plagiarism: Any form of plagiarism, including but not limited to, presenting our Course content, methodologies, or concepts as your own, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may lead to legal action.
  d. Trademarks: "Expert Stylist Secrets" and its associated logos are trademarks of ESS. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement
ESS actively monitors usage for patterns of plagiarism, unauthorized sharing, and account misuse. Any violations may result in account termination, revocation of access, and legal pursuit of damages, including recovery of legal fees.

5. Refunds and Payment Terms
a. Pricing: All prices for Courses are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
b. Payment: Payment must be made in full before access to the Courses is granted.
c. Refund Policy:

• Standard Refund: A 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee is available on most purchases unless otherwise stated on the product sales page.

• Limited Refunds: Refunds may be issued only if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed and a written request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.

• No Refunds: After 7 days or if more than 10% of the course has been accessed, all sales are final.
  d. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting ESS in good faith may result in permanent termination of access, collection actions, and legal proceedings.

e. Memberships: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

6. User Conduct
You agree to use the Courses and any related community spaces (e.g., forums, social media groups) respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, abuse, or conduct that violates the intellectual property of others will result in removal and possible legal action.

7. Directory and Certification Listings
To maintain directory listing and certification status, users must:

• Maintain valid licensure (if applicable)

• Uphold professional conduct and ethics

• Accurately represent affiliation with ESS
  ESS reserves the right to revoke listings or certifications if these standards are not met.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Courses are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ESS does not guarantee that the Courses will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, or be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ESS, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Courses, including loss of income or business.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ESS and its agents from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Courses or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be subject to informal resolution attempts and, if needed, arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to waive any class action rights.

12. Modifications to Terms
